Project
Full scope property marketing campaign
Newlon Living engaged us to create a complete brand identity and marketing campaign for Nest E10, a new development of shared ownership and private sale homes in Leyton. The brief was to position the development for first-time buyers whilst creating a brand rooted in the local area and its unique history.
Our scope included:
- Complete naming and brand identity development
- Logo design inspired by the glow of the Leyton sign’s neon lights
- Apartment naming (Siskin and Linnet) referencing bird species once found on-site
- CGI creation and interior design for visualisations
- Luxury sales brochure and marketing collateral
- Dedicated website
- Site hoarding, lamppost banners, and on-site signage
- Guerrilla marketing campaign including branded bike seat covers targeting the cycle route and Leyton Station’s secure cycle hub
- Press and digital advertising: 48-sheet posters, Underground LEPS, tube car panels
- HTML email campaign
- Show home photography and video production
- Launch event management
- Eco pop-up banners for marketing events

Outcome
The brand successfully positioned Nest E10 as a vibrant, community-focused development with strong local identity, differentiating it in a competitive first-time buyer market whilst maintaining premium appeal.
