Drawing from our experience in the retirement sector we have created an eye-catching campaign for a new retirement development for Notting Hill Housing Trust. It’s a shared ownership scheme for people aged 55 and over so it was important to develop a look and feel that appeals to both young and old.
The result is a sunny yellow brochure with embossed cover leaf design and smart yellow tape binding for an understated luxury feel.
Accessibility is a key factor when designing information for older people. Our designers took care to ensure that fonts would be be legible without compromising the design and appeal of the material, adhering to good practice guidelines.
